If CHARTrunner 3.5 is already installed on your computer, and you desire to update to version 3.5.43, select the option below.

If you have a version of CHARTrunner other than 3.5, do not install CHARTrunner 3.5 in the same directory.

New features include:

• Concurrent-user licensing: Available in increments as small as two, this option allows you to install PQ Systems software products on an unlimited number of computers, terminal servers, or Citrix servers. The license server then meters the number of users who can concurrently run the software. Concurrent-user licenses give more users access affordably, help eliminate the IT burden, and simplify license management.

• Live online chat with technical support engineer: The 24-hour live online chat feature allows you to get your CHARTrunner questions answered faster and easier than ever. Utilizing our worldwide network of offices, a click of a button will connect you to a PQ Systems technical support engineer that can answer your questions via instant messaging. • Improved access to context sensitive help: The new help button allows you to access context sensitive help right where you need it. Help buttons are placed on many of the forms used in CHARTrunner and can be clicked to retrieve answers to commonly-asked questions.

Download the installation file

If you are downloading from one computer for use on another computer or if you want a complete copy of the entire download, select:

1. First download the CHARTrunner installation file. (16.9 MB)
2. Run the downloaded installation EXE program. Ensure that you start the install by running the downloaded CHARTrunner installation EXE instead of starting the install from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
