Track nonconformities and corrective actions

Tracking and correcting nonconformities can lead to substantial savings. The Nonconformities module addresses the need to record and control issues that require investigation and rectification. You can also use it to track accidents reported as part of a health and safety system, an uncontrolled release in an environments system, or process improvements notes as part of a quality improvement project.

Monitor progess

You define who is responsible for the nonconformity at each stage of the process, and then monitor the progress through the system until it is resolved. Quality Workbench allows you to set terminology, define types of nonconformities, corrective actions, and severity levels, and specify the source of the nonconformity.

Ensure timely communication

Timely communication is vital for actions to be well implemented. Quality Workbench ensures that only the relevant personnel are informed of each event. You specify who should be informed, the method of communication, and whether the event should be added to the users’ task list.
